All orders are processed within 24 hours. Upon payment receipt, the orders are shipped from our warehouse in Surrey, British Columbia (Canada) within 2~7 business days (excluding construction and statutory holidays).
Orders are shipped via Canada Post/ Expedited Parcel with tracking number. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Box numbers.
US customers must note that tracking numbers are only valid until packages reach the border.
If you require the use of another shipping method, please contact us.
Delivery dates are determined by Canada Post. MysGreen is not responsible for any delayed deliveries or packages lost by Canada Post or at Border Customs. If you still have not received your order within 20 business days after the scheduled delivery date, please contact us and we will place a request to trace your shipment.
MysGreen is not responsible for the collection or payment of any destination charges, including duties, brokerage fees, and taxes. All the aforementioned charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Canadian orders are subject to the GST.
Quebec orders are subject to GST and PST.
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador orders are subject to HST.

- Over 300g; Regular Parcel - no tracking number - 3~7 business days - from C$10 (depending on the weight)
• US Orders
- Under 300g; USA Letter Post - no tracking number - can take more than 2~7 days!! - from C$4 (depending on the weight)
- Over 300g; Tracked Packet USA - no tracking number - 5~10 business days - from C$12.00 (depending on the weight)
• International Orders
- Light Packet™ International - no tracking number - can take more than 30 days!! - from C$12.00 (depending on the weight)

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges for orders within 30 days from the date you received it. You are responsible for return shipping charges. To be eligible for a return, we require a couple of things. Returned products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned products must be in the original packaging. Please use our Contact form to tell us what product you'd like to return or exchange and to send us your email address and telephone number. We'll contact you with instructions on how to send your product back.
Item Not Eligible
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product is returned beyond 30 days from the date you received it, damaged through neglect or abuse, laundered, or returned without its original packaging.
While we stand behind the manufacturing quality of all our goods, we will not accept returns for any products that have been customized, imprinted or personalized in any way. And products on sale are non-returnable. This includes items in our Limited offering collection. Sales of all such products are final.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit usually within 5 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies. But you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

We only share with our partners’ non-personal, aggregate statistical information regarding customers, sales, traffic patterns, and site usage. MysGreen does not share any personally identifiable information for this.
Receiving e-mails from MysGreen
MysGreen automatically sends many different types of e-mails to its clients related to the purchases customers make or specific information requested by our customers. All standardized emails related to order status and information requests will arrive via the MysGreen domain and no other.
Signing up for Promotional Newsletters
When you place an order with MysGreen, you are automatically signed up on our email list. You may at any time request removal or remove yourself automatically by using the contact us page. You may also send a request to us or simply unsubscribe via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every promotional newsletter. Our visitors may sign up for our promotions and discounts via the subscribe box on our home page. Our promotions contain special product offerings and industry news on the latest trends. We do not make our mailing list available to other companies. Customers may opt out of our emails at any time.
